1) Free Screenings are on a first come, first served basis.
2) 20% discount for the disabled, men of national merit, over 65 years old (with one person only), and over 48 months old preschool child (Only available at ticket booth | Opening/Closing Ceremony are excluded. | Discount will only be given when valid ID or other type of necessary document is presented.)
3) 10% discount for members of Support Committee (Only available for 'Ggae-Bi') (up to 3 companions | Membership card must be presented when booking at on-site ticket booth | Opening/Closing Ceremony are excluded.)
4) 20% discount for the group of 15~50 people per film (Phone reservation possible only until 3 days before screening 032)327-6313 | Ext. 162/163)

On-site Ticketing
Opening/Closing Ceremony Reservation tickets can only be picked up on Opening/Closing date at Bucheon Gymnasium ticket booth | 16:00 ~ 19:00
Reservation period July 19 (Fri) ~ July 28 (Sun) | 10:00 ~ 20:00
* July 20 (Sat), 21 (Sun) | 09:00 ~ 20:30
How to Reserve Reserving and purchasing tickets are available at ticket booths during the whole festival period.

* Tickets can be printed until 5 minutes before the screening.

Account Deposit Credit Card(for domestic), Cash(Korean), Cashbee Card, Exchange Ticket, Premium Ticket, PiFanHolic Card, Offline PiFanHolic Card
1) Each person can reserve up to 4 tickets per film.
2)Admission tickets will be made available at the ticket booth of the first film you've booked after checking personal information(your name and your contact). (i.e. If you've booked the films on the 20th , 22th and 23th, you'll receipt the tickets on the 20th before you see the first film you've booked.)
* It will be made available to take tickets until 10 minutes prior to the film screening.
3) In case online tickets are sold out, tickets will be sold to first comers at the ticket booth on the screening date.
4) The on-site ticket booth for Bucheon City Hall on the day of the Midnight Screening will be open until midnight(24:00). The on-site ticket booth for LOTTE CINEMA Bucheon / CGV Bucheon will be open until July 26th
5) Other payments such as Sarang Ticket and Culture Gift Certificate are not accepted.
* Premium Ticket, PiFanHolic : Available for all screenings except for opening/closing ceremony (Online/On-site ticketing)
Exchange Ticket, Offline PiFanHolic :
6) 10% discount when you pay with a 'Cashbee Card' at on-site ticket booths (except for opening/closing ceremony)
 

ID Card / Exchange Ticket / Premium Ticket

ID Card Holder

Available at the ticket booth for screenings on the day and the next day.

Tickets are limited to one for the ID card holder per film and 4 time per one day.
(No ticketing allowed for screenings at the same time)
Exchange Ticket

Available at the ticket booth for screenings on the day and the next day.

No exchanges nor cancellations are available for issued tickets.
Premium Ticket

Online ticketing, on-site ticketing(during ticket booth hours) are available.

No exchanges nor cancellations are available for issued tickets. (Opening/Closing Ceremony cannot be reserved.)
In case online tickets are sold out, tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis at the ticket booth on the screening date (Except for ID card).

How to cancel and refund Available at PiFan official website (www.pifan.com) until midnight of the day before the screening Available until the closing time of ticket booth on the day before the screening
Cancellation Fee None
1) No cancellation allowed on the screening date.
2) Partial cancellation or refund are not allowed. If you wish to make a partial cancellation, you must cancel ticketing and make a new ticketing.
3) The cancellation and refund of the issued tickets is available until the closing time of ticket booth on the day before the screening. (Must bring the ticket)
4) Tickets received from Exchange Ticket or Premium Ticket are not cancellable / refundable / changable.
5) When Refunds are made for cancelled screenings, difficulty in film supply and errors in the screening process, full refunds are provided at on-site ticket booth during the whole festival period.
 

Ticket Exchange Community ("Ticket Nanum-teo")

A place where viewers who cannot cancel tickets or get a refund can exchange tickets.
Online Ticket Exchange Community : Available 24 hours on the community board on the PiFan official website.
On-site Ticket Exchange Community : Available at on-site ticket booth during the festival.
 

Notice
1) All audiences must have a ticket to enter the theater and watch the film.
2) Tickets can be used only for designated dates and periods.
3) Admission is not allowed 20 minutes after the screening begins. (the availability of the seat will not be guaranteed.)
4) Admission is strictly controlled according to film rating. * Preschool children are allowed into the screenings with a parent or guardian. (G-rated only), Under-age ticket holders will not be admitted to screenings with 18-rated and X-rated restriction and screenings in Forbidden Zone section.
5) Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged.
6) Taking photos or videos and food are not allowed in the theaters. (Beverages only)
