Synopsis

7-year-old Zezé lives with his poor family in the country. He’s sensible and precocious. He always makes mischief at home and in his neighborhood. His favorite refuge is a sweet orange tree to which he can unload all the bad things that happen to him, all the good news and all his secret tricks. A touching story of love and friendship that relates the most unexpected meeting.

Director : Marcos BERNSTEIN

He is an author of the TV Series, screenwriter and director. He has written screenplays such as Foreign Land(1995), Central Station(1998). His debut feature, The Other side of the Street(2004) won several international and national awards. My Sweet Orange tree is his second feature.
